Contact

Start with a conversation.

Whether you feel clear about what you need or are still trying to make sense of things, you are welcome to get in touch. A first conversation is simply an opportunity to connect, share what has brought you here and see whether counselling with me feels like the right support for you.

Send an enquiry

Share as much or as little as feels comfortable. There is no need to explain everything — a sentence or two is more than enough to begin.

Your enquiry is treated confidentially and I will respond within 2 working days. You can read how your information is looked after in the privacy notice.

What happens next?

  1. 1 Once you get in touch, I will respond to your enquiry within 2 working days.
  2. 2 If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, I will send you a link to book a free 15-minute consultation at a time that works for you.
  3. 3 If we decide to begin counselling together, we can arrange your sessions either online or face-to-face.

The consultation is a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and consider whether my approach feels suited to what you are looking for. There is no pressure to go any further.

Face-to-face counselling in Ramsbottom

The Chakra Room
Shoemakers Court
13 Bolton Street
Ramsbottom, Bury
BL0 9FZ

The Chakra Room is just off Bolton Street in Ramsbottom town centre, in Shoemakers Court — a short walk from Bridge Street and Market Place.

By car

Limited on-street parking is available nearby, and several pay and display car parks are within a short walk of the practice — including Market Place (Grants Arms), Union Street (market), Prince Street, and the station car park on Railway Street. Allow a little extra time on market days and weekends, when spaces can be busier.

If you are unsure where to park, I am happy to help when we arrange your appointment.
